Decathlon<\/strong> is one of the world’s largest sports retailers, with a constant focus on innovation. Besides sales, Decathlon is also increasingly focusing on rental of sports products. To manage these rental products, Decathlon was looking for a way to manage its rental activities more efficiently. They succeeded, using stickers with unique QR codes from EE Labels.<\/p>\n

All skis at\u00a0Decathlon<\/a> were provided with our unique QR codes. This gave each ski its own unique page with software developed with our partner Twintag<\/a>.
\nThese labels allow employees to track the status and location of a product. This real-time tracking streamlines Decathlon’s internal rental processes, in addition to providing valuable usage data. QR codes also provide more convenience for customers. By scanning the code, they can easily access manuals, report problems, extend their rental or start the return process.<\/p>\n
